驚!浪涌保護器引起的變壓器燒毀事故

    110kV薩爾布群變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)是新疆伊犁(li)河(he)流(liu)域開發(fa)建(jian)設管(guan)理(li)局南岸干(gan)渠配套(tao)工(gong)程,承擔著向35kV伴渠線(xian)路供電(dian)(dian)的重(zhong)要任務,共有兩條(tiao)35kV線(xian)路向5個35kV箱(xiang)(xiang)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)供電(dian)(dian),35kV薩格線(xian)7#~9#箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)、35kV布雅線(xian)10#~11#箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian),主要用(yong)于附近農業灌溉(gai)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)及沿(yan)南岸干(gan)渠分水閘門(men)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)源供電(dian)(dian)。自2018年(nian)5月以來,35kV箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)發(fa)生(sheng)過多次因(yin)浪涌(yong)保(bao)護器(qi)運行過程中產生(sheng)過電(dian)(dian)壓時不能正常泄(xie)荷釋放能量,拉弧(hu)導(dao)致(zhi)400V低(di)壓開關(guan)柜電(dian)(dian)氣設備短(duan)路著火(huo)而燒毀開關(guan)柜的事件(jian),較嚴重(zhong)的一次事件(jian)導(dao)致(zhi)9#箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)(bian)內35 kV干(gan)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)燒毀,造成了嚴重(zhong)后果。

    一、故(gu)障現象及(ji)處理過程
    2018年(nian)5月6日,110kV薩爾布群變電所(suo)運行(xing)人(ren)員發(fa)現(xian)35kV消諧(xie)裝置報A相(xiang)弧(hu)光接地故障,后(hou)(hou)臺測控裝置顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)零序(xu)電壓為36.5V,35kV母線(xian)三相(xiang)電壓不平衡,運行(xing)人(ren)員查看消諧(xie)裝置顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)二次電壓為A相(xiang)28V,B相(xiang)59.5V,C相(xiang)45.6V,隨(sui)后(hou)(hou)供電運行(xing)分廠立(li)刻安排線(xian)路(lu)巡檢人(ren)員巡檢線(xian)路(lu),在(zai)巡檢線(xian)路(lu)過程(cheng)中發(fa)現(xian)35kV薩格線(xian)9#箱變T接處高(gao)壓保險A、C相(xiang)已燒毀掉(diao)落且箱變內有黑煙冒出,巡檢人(ren)員立(li)即(ji)向(xiang)鞏留縣消防(fang)大隊打電話報火警,同時(shi)立(li)即(ji)將(jiang)35kV薩格線(xian)停電,組織人(ren)員現(xian)場(chang)開(kai)展滅火施救工(gong)作(zuo)。事故現(xian)場(chang)如圖1所(suo)示(shi)(shi)。

    二、事故分析及檢查過程(cheng)
    2018年5月8日(ri)試(shi)(shi)驗研究(jiu)所組(zu)(zu)織技(ji)術人員對(dui)9#箱(xiang)變(bian)柜內過電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)保護(hu)器、35kV進(jin)線電纜(lan)及戶外進(jin)線避雷器進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)預防性試(shi)(shi)驗,試(shi)(shi)驗數據均(jun)合格。隨(sui)后對(dui)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電阻單(dan)獨進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)測試(shi)(shi)(低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)從外觀(guan)看已(yi)燒毀未測試(shi)(shi)),發現變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)A、B相繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)合格,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)C相繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電阻值為零。現場(chang)拆開查看浪(lang)涌(yong)保護(hu)器閥片,并對(dui)其進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)測試(shi)(shi),絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電阻為零。隨(sui)后對(dui)9#箱(xiang)變(bian)內設備進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)隔離。
    通過現場(chang)圖(tu)片可(ke)以看出此次事故直接原因(yin)是400V低(di)(di)壓(ya)側短(duan)路引(yin)(yin)起的電(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災(zai)(zai)(zai),從現場(chang)查(cha)看著火(huo)(huo)點是低(di)(di)壓(ya)400V浪(lang)涌保(bao)(bao)護器引(yin)(yin)起的火(huo)(huo)災(zai)(zai)(zai)事故,間接原因(yin)是浪(lang)涌保(bao)(bao)護器在產生(sheng)過電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi)不(bu)能(neng)夠正(zheng)常泄荷(he)釋(shi)放能(neng)量,拉弧導致短(duan)路著火(huo)(huo),引(yin)(yin)起低(di)(di)壓(ya)側整個柜(ju)子(zi)著火(huo)(huo),火(huo)(huo)災(zai)(zai)(zai)引(yin)(yin)起變(bian)壓(ya)器低(di)(di)壓(ya)側因(yin)電(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災(zai)(zai)(zai)而短(duan)路造成(cheng)事故的擴大(da),導致變(bian)壓(ya)器燒(shao)毀。
    經(jing)查詢浪(lang)涌(yong)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)資料并與廠家溝通得(de)知(zhi),浪(lang)涌(yong)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)長時(shi)間(jian)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)后(hou)應進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)定期檢查,浪(lang)涌(yong)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)正常運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)時(shi)顯示(shi)綠色,產生過電壓(ya)釋放能量后(hou)無法(fa)恢復時(shi)顯示(shi)紅色(此時(shi)浪(lang)涌(yong)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)失去作用(yong)),此時(shi)需(xu)更換(huan)處(chu)理浪(lang)涌(yong)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)模塊,南岸干渠(qu)箱(xiang)變自2006年(nian)投運(yun)以(yi)來(lai),未(wei)曾對其進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)過檢修與維(wei)護(hu)(hu)。
    2019年5月,試(shi)驗(yan)研究所在(zai)南(nan)岸干(gan)渠停水(shui)期間對南(nan)岸干(gan)渠上所有箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)低壓(ya)出線柜的(de)浪(lang)涌(yong)吸(xi)收器的(de)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻、壓(ya)敏(min)(min)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)泄漏電(dian)流(liu)(liu)進行測試(shi)。這些箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)不(bu)是同批(pi)次(ci)的(de),所以廠(chang)家(jia)也不(bu)盡相同,質量參差不(bu)齊(qi),其(qi)中28#、29#、30#、31#、35#、37#、38#、39#、40#箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)的(de)浪(lang)涌(yong)吸(xi)收器顯示紅色(se)(紅色(se)代(dai)表盡快更(geng)(geng)換),其(qi)壓(ya)敏(min)(min)電(dian)阻已老化失效(xiao),28#、29#、30#、31#、32#、33#、35#、36#、37#、38#、39#箱(xiang)(xiang)變(bian)的(de)浪(lang)涌(yong)保護(hu)器壓(ya)敏(min)(min)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)泄漏電(dian)流(liu)(liu)試(shi)驗(yan)數據均已超標(biao)。咨詢賽普廠(chang)家(jia)技術人員給(gei)出的(de)數據是壓(ya)敏(min)(min)電(dian)壓(ya)合(he)格范圍是558~682V,泄漏電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)合(he)格范圍≤10μA。隨后公司運行分(fen)廠(chang)聯系廠(chang)家(jia)對已失效(xiao)及試(shi)驗(yan)不(bu)合(he)格的(de)浪(lang)涌(yong)吸(xi)收器全部進行了更(geng)(geng)換處理。
    三、事故(gu)總結
    低壓(ya)(ya)開關(guan)柜內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)浪(lang)(lang)涌(yong)(yong)保護(hu)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)檢修(xiu)維護(hu)過程中(zhong)往往容易被忽視(shi),甚(shen)至(zhi)有人誤(wu)以為(wei)是免維護(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de),其實不然,浪(lang)(lang)涌(yong)(yong)保護(hu)器(qi)(qi)通常并聯在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)回路(lu)(lu)中(zhong),浪(lang)(lang)涌(yong)(yong)保護(hu)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)經(jing)過長期運行(xing)和多次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)涌(yong)(yong)作用后(hou)會出現性能下(xia)降甚(shen)至(zhi)失效的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況,在(zai)帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)情況下(xia),經(jing)過多次反復的(de)(de)(de)(de)浪(lang)(lang)涌(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)沖擊(ji),壓(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)會劣化,其閥值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)會降低,低阻(zu)(zu)(zu)性則逐步加劇(ju),進而導致(zhi)持續漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)產生(sheng)。隨著(zhu)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)惡性增加,并且集(ji)中(zhong)注入(ru)壓(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)內(nei)部的(de)(de)(de)(de)薄(bo)弱部位,該部位的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料就(jiu)會逐漸融化,最終形(xing)成1000Ω左右的(de)(de)(de)(de)短(duan)路(lu)(lu)孔,一旦(dan)有較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)灌(guan)入(ru)短(duan)路(lu)(lu)點,就(jiu)會導致(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱擊(ji)穿,壓(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)劣化失效后(hou)造成永久導通狀(zhuang)態,無法切斷回路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),此(ci)(ci)時壓(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)本體溫度(du)持續升高,甚(shen)至(zhi)產生(sheng)火災(zai)危險。由(you)此(ci)(ci)可見(jian),對于浪(lang)(lang)涌(yong)(yong)保護(hu)器(qi)(qi)應定(ding)期開展檢修(xiu)維護(hu)工作。
    四、應對措施(shi)及建議
    結合設備運(yun)行情況,根據南岸干渠(qu)箱變內浪涌保(bao)護器事故頻發的(de)(de)現狀,建議南岸干渠(qu)箱變采取以下措施以應對壓敏電阻老化失效的(de)(de)問(wen)題:
    (1)定期檢查浪涌保護器,定期更換模塊,以保證南(nan)岸(an)干渠的正常供電,防止(zhi)事故(gu)的發生。
    (2)加大箱變400V電氣設備的(de)定(ding)期維護及(ji)清掃(sao)工作,必要(yao)時縮短檢(jian)修周期。
    (3)加強(qiang)防鼠及防小(xiao)動(dong)物措施,檢查接線是否(fou)正確(que)緊(jin)固,有無過熱老化、松脫虛(xu)接現象,若有則(ze)及時更換。
    (4)定期(qi)檢查分離開(kai)關(guan)有無動作,是否燒損變形。
 ;   (5)定期檢查指(zhi)示燈,在(zai)正常運(yun)行或故障時是否指(zhi)示正確。
    (6)定期檢查緊固(gu)部件(基座、罩(zhao)蓋、鉚釘、螺栓),應連接可靠。
    (7)每年雷(lei)雨季節前應按防雷(lei)設備檢(jian)測要求(qiu)由專(zhuan)門機(ji)構進行檢(jian)測。
    (8)定期檢查接(jie)地(di)線、接(jie)地(di)體連接(jie)是否可靠(kao)無(wu)銹蝕(shi),測量接(jie)地(di)電阻是否合格。
    (9)建議在浪涌(yong)吸(xi)收器的進線側裝設空開或熔斷器。
    (10)建(jian)議廠家在浪涌(yong)保護器(qi)設計時增(zeng)加壓敏電阻失效報警功能(neng)。
